For Breakfast we serve freshly baked croissants, chocolatines, homemade bread, homemade granola cereal, homemade jams and yoghurts, fresh fruit and fruit juice not forgetting a wide choice of teas, coffee and hot chocolate.
The evening meal, or table d’hotes (literally translated meaning at the host’s table!) is either served in our beautiful dining room, the orangerie or, when it is warm, on the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Evening meals, booked in advance, at a set price for a fixed menu – three courses of delicious, locally sourced & organic produce where possible – often from the garden. This price includes wine from the local area as well as coffee or tea. Children under 12 years old have the possibility of eating an early supper at around 18h30 – a simple but tasty menu (all homemade) of main course & pudding. We offer an early supper around 18h30 for children if you so wish them to eat before yourselves! (see Families page).
Although wine is included in the price of dinner, we have a small list of Gaillac’s best for you to choose from.
